**Overview**

Thames Marine Services Engineering is an engineering company providing an array of engineering services to commercial and private vessels on the River Thames. Our office is based in Shad Thames, London.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Performing receptionist and switchboard duties, including managing telephone calls and mail
- Organising staffs weeky/ monthly timesheets and job cards,
- Following up with clients and suppliers
- Organising travel including flights, hotels, visas etc.
- Providing general assistance and support the MD’s
- Producing letters, reports and documents
- Arranging the distribution of publications and documents
- Maintaining mailing and distribution lists
- Photocopying, printing, packaging and/or mailing documents
- Arranging staff leaving cards, events and ordering gifts
- Managing the TMSE database, including adding and maintaining current contacts
- Managing office supplies, including monitoring, and reordering to maintain sufficient stock
- Maintaining the office environment and reporting any malfunctions and work under pressure
- Maintain social media presence

Experience required:

- Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and written.
- Proficient in Xero and Microsoft packages
- Previous administrative experience
- Can do approach and genuine team player

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
