Location:
Office-based role, full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations to guarantee seamless daily activities.
  • Accurately monitor data usage and client information.
  • Organize and finalize documentation prior to submission to our legal team.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Facilitate claims submissions through our solicitors for effective processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within the office for our partners.
  • Coordinate with internal personnel and external legal contacts.
  • Maintain client records and assist in case management.
  • Identify and resolve office process issues while implementing enhancements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.

Proficiency in spreadsheet management is essential, and familiarity with specific software platforms would be advantageous.


Working Hours:
Standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with designated breaks for lunch and refreshments.
