**Position**: Area Co-Ordinator: Grief Kind Spaces

**Location**: Home Based with significant travel in the area required. East Midlands - focus on area around Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: £30kpa - £33k per annum

**About the role**
Following the successful pilot of the charity’s Grief Kind Spaces, they are excited to be recruiting a dedicated Area Grief Kind Space Co-ordinator who will focus on developing the roll out of these community drop in services.

This role will cover the East Midlands, specifically Peterborough and Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire and the individual will be expected to travel significantly across this area.

Grief Kind Spaces are weekly, in-person sessions run by trained volunteers in community settings, providing a safe and supportive place for people to come together and share experiences of bereavement and grief.

**About you**

The individual should have experience working at a managerial level, with the ability to demonstrate the skills required to work within a bereavement service and with experience of supporting volunteers through reflective practice and delivering supervision.
