**Job Overview**:
As a Commercial Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of our activities and projects, working closely with senior team members to learn and grow within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and propose timely solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication across the business, providing regular updates on activities progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including meeting recaps, action items, and project status reports.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop collaterals and assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: At least two years in a business or program coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learning and excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively across functions and business units.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- Agility in responding to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
