**Project Coordinator Opportunity:**

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a highly skilled London Refurbishment Project Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the company, this individual will be responsible for coordinating commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project coordination, with experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring smooth operations. With a strong background in construction and excellent communication skills, this person will be able to effectively coordinate logistics, ensure health and safety policies are implemented, and maintain high-quality standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the setup of construction sites

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion
