Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of project development, including requirement review, solution development, proposal development, engineering, scheduling, technical submissions, customer relations, procurement, contract management, change management, project controls, close-outs, quality control, and safety. You will work closely with the Project Manager/Engineer to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your duties will include reviewing and documenting customer requirements, assisting in proposal development, completing engineering estimates and projections, reviewing vendor packages, and coordinating quality control inspections. Additionally, you will prepare contract, drawing, and specification packages, update project schedules using scheduling software, organize equipment selections and drawings, schedule quality control inspections, complete time and material summaries, and assist with initiating and tracking change orders.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to have a university degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge and understanding of construction health and safety requirements. You should also be proficient in computer skills and basic accounting principles. A valid full G class driver's license is required, and you must be willing to work in a team environment utilizing effective interpersonal skills with various levels within the organization and external stakeholders.
