**Part Time 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week)**

Brunel’s Cambridge-based (TWI) Research Centres are looking to recruit a part-time Project Coordinator (Administrator) with administration duties, as part of its growing team and portfolio of international R&D projects.

The BIC project coordinator/administrator role requires:

- Ability to effectively facilitate communications, make bookings, organise meetings, handle minutes, and make sure actions are taken.
- Undertake tasks related to BIC’s administration processes including raising purchase orders, making travel arrangements, invoicing, filing, meeting preparation and minute taking;
- Ability to prioritise busy work schedule and adapt to tight deadlines and demanding work environment.
- Effective cooperation with the HR department for addressing staff respective issues and assisting with the recruitment processSupport to the commercial activities of the department

This position is part-time (28 hours per week) and the work schedule is negotiable.
