An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Stock Coordinator to join our successful team. We are seeking an Operations Stock Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of the stores/deliveries area, including undertaking ordering/requisition of items, stock delivery management, reviewing/updating supplier pricing and performing stock takes.
- Take lead responsibility for the preparation of Purchase Orders for consumables and equipment services using the Oracle system
- Ensure the necessary authorizations are obtained and PO sent to suppliers in a timely manner
- Oversee the reconciliation of orders against invoices and raise queries regarding outstanding deliveries.

**Qualifications**
- Experience of stores environment
- H&S experience
- Experience with finance systems (IFS/Oracle)
