About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Anglesey Abbey. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and presentation of public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including reactive, planned, and preventative work
  • Assist with supplier management and coordination of contractors
  • Ensure the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities, including car parks and grounds
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a positive attitude, who is a team player but also able to work independently. You should be comfortable using IT packages and well-organized with a flexible approach. A willingness to learn new skills is essential.
