Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Co-ordinator to join our team at The National Trust. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including reactive, planned, and preventative work

⁠ ⁠Assist with supplier management and coordination of contractors

⁠ ⁠Maintain the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities, including car parks and grounds

⁠ ⁠Coordinate deliveries and collections

Requirements

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a positive attitude, who is a team player but also able to work independently. You should be comfortable using IT packages and well-organised with a flexible approach to work. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
