About The Role


We're seeking a highly organized and effective Team Leader to join our Distribution Centre team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting site operations, developing our colleagues, and upholding TC Facilities Management's high standards.


This role will include:



  • Leading and overseeing a small team to maintain high cleaning standards
  • Coordinating holiday and sickness cover as required
  • Maintaining stock of cleaning essentials
  • Supporting with office cleaning duties as needed

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all staff are properly uniformed and meet TC brand expectations
  • Managing the recruitment process to adhere to TC standards
  • Developing and improving staff performance in consultation with HR
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff
  • Addressing HR and Employee Relations issues in line with TC policies and procedures
  • Training and inducting new staff in their roles and TC values
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and COSHH policies
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Completing audits and tasks accurately and on time
  • Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring cleaning materials and equipment are available and used safely
  • Delivering periodical cleans to specification and timelines
