About The Role

TC Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our busy Distribution Centre team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for providing support to the site manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility.

This role will include:

  • Leading a small team and maintaining high cleaning standards
  • Planning for holiday and sickness cover as required
  • Maintaining stock of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Carrying out all office cleaning duties as required

Major Accountabilities

  • Ensuring all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the TC brand
  • Managing the recruitment process for colleagues, ensuring adherence to TC recruitment processes and standards at all times
  • Managing the performance of staff in consultation with an HR representative, taking necessary actions to develop staff or improve performance
  • Ensuring the payment of staff correctly and on time, following all company time and pay processing requirements
  • Managing all HR and Employee relations issues in accordance with company HR Policies and in consultation with an HR representative
  • Training and inducting all staff in their role, the standards expected, the TC values and company policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Ensuring all staff are trained in, and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met while working within defined specifications
  • Completing audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within timescales
  • Completing and processing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing 'sign off' for completed tasks as required
  • Ensuring all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order and used in a safe manner
  • Ensuring all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and timescale and signed off by the customer
