Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Facility Operations Manager to lead our Northern Europe portfolio in a high-profile and fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for delivering day-to-day building operations, managing third-party contracts, overseeing capital and expense projects, developing strategic plans, and interacting with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of related experience. They will have excellent communication skills, including English fluency, and the ability to effectively interact with end-users and executive leadership.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing third-party O&M facility engineering providers
  • Excellent organization and advanced project management skills
  • Experience in financial management and identifying cost savings related to facilities management
  • Proven ability to build and sustain high-functioning, cohesive teams
  • Ability and willingness to engage hands-on to help collaboratively solve facility-related issues
