We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee our facilities engineering team in Cambridge. With a strong technical background and proven leadership skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of engineers and technicians to maintain high standards of facility management.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain regulatory compliance.
  3. Plan and oversee maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to optimize facility performance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a managerial role within Facilities Management.
  2. Strong technical background in engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, or HVAC).
  3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facilities management and safety standards.
