We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee our facilities engineering team in Cambridge. With a strong technical background and proven leadership skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to maintain high standards of facility management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Plan and oversee maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to optimize facility performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within Facilities Management.
- Strong technical background in engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, or HVAC).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facilities management and safety standards.
