About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Maxwell Stephens Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations of multiple sites in the UK.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the operations of multi-site facilities, ensuring high standards of service delivery across all locations.
  • Overseeing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, conducting monthly forecasting and financial reporting to meet contractual KPIs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-site facilities in a corporate or client-facing environment.
  • Strong experience in managing OPEX & CAPEX, including budget preparation, accruals, and reporting.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and a strong client relationship.

Predicted salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
