About The Role

TC Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Supervisor to support the site team and contribute to the company's success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained, planning for holiday and sickness cover, and managing stock of cleaning chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team and maintain high cleaning standards
  • Plan for holiday and sickness cover as required
  • Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Perform office cleaning duties as required

Major Accountabilities

  • Ensure all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately
  • Manage the recruitment process and adhere to company standards
  • Manage staff performance and develop staff to improve performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of staff
  • Manage HR and Employee relations issues in accordance with company policies
  • Train and induct staff in their roles and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and COSHH policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to meet their expectations
  • Complete audits and process paperwork accurately and on time
