Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office and Community Facilities Coordinator to join our project team, primarily based at our office and supporting our community venues.

This varied role will involve managing day-to-day office administration, overseeing community venues, coordinating events, and liaising with both business users and the public. Responsibilities include supporting office operations, meeting and greeting visitors, handling bookings for community spaces, and assisting with meetings and events.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Regular travel to our office is required. A 'can-do' attitude and flexibility to support various team needs across both business and community projects are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration, including handling bookings and coordinating events

Oversee community venues, ensuring they are well-maintained and available for use

Liaise with business users and the public, providing excellent customer service

Assist with meetings and events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

Strong administrative experience, with excellent communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritising and meeting deadlines

Regular travel to our office, with a 'can-do' attitude and flexibility to support various team needs
