Great Yarmouth Adult Community Mental Health Services are looking to recruit a conscientious, calm and confident individual to become part of the Administration Team.

The team are based at Northgate hospital and provide adult mental health treatment in the community.

This role is a part time substantive position, and you will be supporting the multi disciplinary community team.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining confidentiality are also essential.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Supporting Clinicians to maintain electronic patient records.
- Booking appointments
- Typing of letters
- Maintaining and monitoring waiting lists
- Diary management
- General admin support to wider clinical team
- Liaising with other teams
- Supporting phones
- Undertake other appropriate duties, as directed, being adaptable and flexible to service needs and changes across the locality.

Previous administration experience is essential. Full training will be given.

We can offer a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment that puts the needs and care of our service users first and provides a responsive administration service to the GY Adult Community Mental Health Team. You will be encouraged to develop your skills and knowledge and we may ask you to spend time in other bases to facilitate this process.
