Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Great Yarmouth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining office supplies.
  • Liaising with contractors and ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Maintaining employee training records and arranging courses.
  • Keeping company information up-to-date, including contact lists and out-of-office notifications.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and archiving documents.
  • Managing customer, fleet, and training records using Microsoft Access.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, including insurance policies.
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues, including travel arrangements and mail-merges.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience with routine accounting tasks such as petty cash, credit card reconciliation, and new customer checks.

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £28,500 - £30,000 per annum, based in Great Yarmouth.
