A leading recruitment agency, Austin Fraser, is currently recruiting a skilled Marketing Administrator to work from their Great Yarmouth office on a part-time, permanent basis. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop marketing campaigns and provide administrative support to the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake essential marketing tasks such as researching customer job titles, generating weekly reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining filing systems.
  2. Collaborate with the web editor and designer to publish fortnightly news items and update the website.
  3. Produce high-quality marketing materials, including business cards, brochures, and flyers, utilizing design skills and software expertise.
  4. Engage with customers via phone and email, fostering positive relationships and resolving any queries or concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized databases, contact lists, and ring binders.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in customer interaction. Proficiency in MS Office, Mailchimp, Access, InDesign, and WordPress is required.

Working Hours:

This role involves working 16 hours per week, spread across weekdays.
