Job Title: Adult Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Adult Care Specialist in Norfolk.

This role supports individuals to regain independence following illness, injury, or hospital admission.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support individuals to develop confidence and skills to manage daily activities and remain in their own homes.
  • Provide a responsive and flexible service tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Foster independence and well-being by focusing on the individual's strengths.

**Working Hours:**

Choose from shifts running from 07:00-14:30 and 16:00-21:00. You can sign up for as many shifts as you like, with the service operating 7 days a week.

**Training and Requirements:**

Experience in health, social care, or a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. You must have access to your own transport and valid business insurance.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will support individuals to regain independence following illness, injury, or hospital admission. They will work closely with individuals to develop confidence and skills to manage daily activities and remain in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in health, social care, or a similar role, although this is not essential as full training will be provided.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus benefits.
