This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at East Norfolk Medical Practice as an Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, managing patient records, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to practice policies and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Administration: Manage email inboxes, distribute incoming emails, and process MCCD documents efficiently.
To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in a similar administrative position, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SystmOne.
The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
