Administrative Support Coordinator

About the Role
">The Engineering Administrator will support engineering, procurement and the business systems team by collating and filing technical documentation, raising purchase requisitions and inputting data into ERP and PDM systems.
They will work closely with the engineering team and Great Yarmouth workshop team to support global projects.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation management - ensuring all project specific documentation is filed correctly.
- Liaising between the engineering and certification team to ensure equipment certification packs are complete for new build equipment.
- Generating engineering documentation under guidance.
Requirements:
">- Experience using Microsoft packages (word, excel etc.).
This role is based at the Scantech Offshore offices in Great Yarmouth, so you must be able to commute to this location. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
