Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception and switchboard cover, ensuring seamless communication and patient flow.
  • Offer administrative support to the business team, including data entry, typing, and document management.
  • Manage the medical on-call and out-of-hours rota, guaranteeing 24/7 coverage.
  • Welcome patients, carers, and visitors, maintaining confidentiality and a professional atmosphere.
  • Operate trust systems and Microsoft packages to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.


Requirements:

Previous administration experience is essential, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided for the specific role and our systems.
