**Job Title:** Healthcare Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist at the James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for supporting patients undergoing cardiac, sleep, and lung diagnostics, and will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure smooth clinic flow.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients undergoing diagnostic procedures
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
- Develop positive relationships with patients, families, and carers
- Maintain accurate records and reports
