Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Bank Position

About the Role:
- Provide person-centered care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal times, snacks, and hydration
- Help residents maintain their independence by encouraging them to participate in activities and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in a care environment, preferably with older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
- Completion of an approved care certificate or equivalent qualification
