About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Assistant Lead. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in healthcare, preferably in a community setting, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A willingness to learn new skills and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare assistants to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to the clinical governance agenda through participation in clinical audit
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare, preferably in a community setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A willingness to learn new skills and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
