Care Support Specialist

At Barchester Healthcare, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with their daily living needs, providing support and companionship whenever needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, promoting independence and dignity among residents.
We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting at £22,000 per annum, plus a sector-leading benefits package including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
