Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail driven and self motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the certification database, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the business. This is a part-time position.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
- Manage office systems and maintain accurate records at all times
- Conduct data entry and maintain databases
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using excel.
- Provide support to other team members as needed, liaising with auditors and Partners

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft 365 for document creation and collaboration. Strong excel skills essential.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers) and basic troubleshooting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
