**Team Secretary - Guy Carpenter - London - Fixed Term Contract - Hybrid Working**

Here at Guy Carpenter in London, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as a Team Secretary, on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. The role is based in our busy Broking department and will be working closely with the Executive Assistant to support a Team of 10 Brokers.

As an organised, proactive, and responsive individual, you will ensure their day-to-day work runs smoothly, keeping them organised and providing day-to-day administrative support in the form of travel arrangements, calendar management, expense tracking, document preparation and correspondence.

We are looking for an experienced Team Assistant who will be able to showcase their skills and add value straight away. This role will be offered on a full time and permanent basis and will be office based with the option to work remotely 2-3 days per week (flexibility needed).

**We will rely on you to**:

- Provide an effective and responsive administrative service
- Maintain and manage a busy diary, organising internal and external appointments considering current priorities and the need for focus time
- Coordinate and arrange business trips including meeting itineraries, flights and accommodation
- Liaise with internal and external colleagues and clients
- Reconcile expense claims and credit card statements

**What you need to have**:

- Experience of diary management / travel planning
- Ability to plan and organise self and others
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English language skills essential
- Approachable and sociable personality
- Sound knowledge of I.T
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality
