**Role Overview**
An opportunity exists for a Team Secretary within the Housing Development & Regeneration Team based in the Margaret Street Office.

**Key Skills**
- Strong verbal, numerical and written skills

- Previous experience in a Team Secretarial role within a Professional Services environment.
**Team Overview**
The team comprises 9 fee earners, three graduates, one support staff, and consultants. The team is one of the leading advisors to the housing and residential sectors on all aspects of development including:
Development Management
Planning and Development Viability
Development Consultancy
Land, Development and Affordable Housing Valuation
Site and Investment Acquisition
