Only 1 day per week in office and 4 from home

Type: full time, permanent (35 hours per week)

Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays

This role will temporarily be based in Wrexham for circa 3 months, before moving to a new Chester office.

Our client is an established and very successful online education provider. Due to growth they are now looking for an HR Specialist to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively contribute to the ongoing evolution of company's culture
- Foster a culture of engagement where employees are not just contributors but enthusiastic participants in the company's journey
- Work to ensure that employees at all levels feel connected to and aligned with the core values of the company Employee relations
- Function as a central point of contact for addressing employee enquiries, concerns, and requests for guidance
- Skilfully mediate workplace conflicts and disputes, fostering harmonious employee relations
- Conduct thorough investigations into HR-related matters and recommend corrective actions in alignment with policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure meticulous compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the continual enhancement and alignment of policies and procedures with evolving legal requirements and organisational needs
- Conduct periodic audits to validate and fortify policy adherence across the organisation Training and development
- Identify organisational training needs and actively contribute to the development and execution of targeted training programmes
- Coordinate and facilitate employee development initiatives, including mentorship programs and skills enhancement training
