**Job Purpose**:
Ensure the efficient Sales Order Administration of Customer Order Process.Ongoing liaison with Planning, Marketing and Warehousing to ensure Customer Issues are satisfied in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Responsible for Sales Order Entry (EDI /SAP) for customers on a daily basis highlighting OTIF risk at point of order entry.
- Customer Communication Point with regard to Issues.
- Issue warehouse acknowledgements to Warehouse to allow order picking of Customer Orders.
- Responsible for invoicing customer orders on a daily basis.
- Maintenance of customer price files and customer codes.
- Customer Returns transactional management.
- Issue of Credits to customers after investigation and sign off.
- Arrange shipments / delivery slots ensuring appropriate paperwork available for Warehouse.
- Export Documentation ordering and supply for shipping.
- Ensure filing of customer documentation is maintained.
- Update daily, weekly & monthly schedule.

**Key Competencies**:

- Experienced in Customer Service Management within an FMCG environment
- Good Administration Skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Customer Focused
- High degree of flexibility with good cross functional problem solving and communication skills
- Eye for detail with regard to commercial issues

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
