**Job description**

Hours Mon-Thurs 8.30am-4.30pm Fri 8.30am-2.30pm
- File/store/record information in line with procedures
- Processing invoices
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Supporting the team in general admin duties

Applicants should have the following qualities and skills:

- Clear communication and people skills
- Computer literate
- Detail oriented
- Good organisational skills
- Pro-active, energetic and self-motivated
- Works well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,777.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
