About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at eTeam. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clerical support and office management
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Setting up and managing filing systems
  • Supporting with timesheets and roster administration
  • General office administration and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Experience in clerical support and office management
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Confident working independently
  • Excellent communication skills
