CV-Library is currently seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be based full-time on-site in Ayrshire, KA12 8LW.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing general office administration support to the Section Manager, utilizing a range of skills to deliver effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Office Administration: Manage rosters and timesheets efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Data Entry: Update systems, databases, and records as required, including opening/closing works orders as directed.
  3. Filing Systems: Set up and maintain efficient filing systems for the Section(s), prioritizing confidentiality and safety-critical documents.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Computer Skills: Excellent computer proficiency and literacy.
  2. Clerical Experience: Proven experience in clerical support and office management.
  3. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
