About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in SCO & NI / SCO WEST / Ayr. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to clients, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including medication administration and daily care activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
  • This position requires applicants to be registered with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
  • Experience: 6-months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years.
  • Skills: Knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques.
  • Qualities: Teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and exceptional caregiving skills.
