Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team in Irvine, covering a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Job Summary:This role involves assisting the finance manager with various tasks, including accounts processing and reconciliations, and working with the purchase ledger and sales ledger.
Responsibilities:- Process purchase ledger invoices, credit notes, and sales ledger invoices
- Reconcile supplier invoices and match them against relevant documents
- Work closely with the finance manager to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP or similar accounting software and strong knowledge of financial processes and procedures. The salary for this role is estimated at around £30,000 per annum.
