Primary Care Workforce Administrator

An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Herts and West Essex ICB Training Hub team has arisen. This is a new and exciting role where no day is the same.
The postholder will support the Primary Care Workforce Programme manager to ensure the provision of education and training meets the needs of the current and future Primary Care workforce.
The Herts and West Essex ICB Training Hub supports the delivery of high quality health care through education, development and support of all staff clinical and non clinical in Primary Care. The Training hub team supports primary care workforce planning, career support, recruitment and retention programmes, student placements, support and embed ‘new roles’ within Primary Care and much more.

Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required. Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the head of department, teams and the department.
