To provide administrative support for statutory safety testing, planned maintenance, capital programme, reactive repairs and voids works. To issue works orders to third party contractors and process invoices for payment. To provide exemplary customer service to internal and external clients, in line with the corporate framework.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing invoices and works orders to support service delivery
- Processing reactive repair requests from tenants of occupied properties to include issue of third party sub-contractor works orders and confirming completion.
- Providing administration to the programme of statutory gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety and asbestos checks across the residential portfolio (and commercial portfolio as required), including administration, monitoring of work completion and reporting.
- Supporting the Maintenance Compliance Manager through administration of planned maintenance programmes.
- To act on all occasions with tact and diplomacy in order to positively promote the image and ethos of the business
- To foster and encourage equality of opportunity and adhere to data protection requirements.
- Knowledge and Development
- PC literate with experience of using MS Office and property management database.
- Demonstrable experience of face to face and telephone customer service.
- Demonstrable experience of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of communicating at all levels.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
