Executive Alarms are looking for an Administrator to join our thriving business.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a proactive team player who communicates effectively and demonstrates an understanding of our services. Previous experience within the security industry would be beneficial.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The primary role of the Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Office Managers and Directors. They must be willing and flexible, prepared to carry out reasonable tasks not necessarily covered within this Job Description.

The following duties are to be undertaken:

- Answer calls, take messages, book appointments and diary manage for the Engineers and Directors.
- Keep and file departmental records (both paper and electronic).
- Place purchase orders for materials and equipment, and monitor deliveries and invoices.
- Create and send quotations, risk assessments and order acknowledgements.
- Draft and send correspondence on behalf of the Directors and Office Manager.
- Sending and closing down the Engineer job sheets and carry out any follow up from these.
- Assist the Office Manger and Finance Manager with invoicing administration as required.
- Stock control for the office i.e. stationary and other supplies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate
- A “can do” attitude
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Miniumum of 5 years administration experience required.

Working hours are 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
