The Opportunity: Logistics Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Cannock
The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. If you don’t feel like you meet all of the role criteria outlined below please don’t let that discourage you from applying.
**The Impact you will have**:
- Main point of contact for all admin related logistics queries
- Processing data from all logistics operations ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Processing all Goods receipt data within agreed SLA
- Processing Time and Attendance, holidays, sickness for logistics staff
- Processing and distribute POD paperwork from Briggs Transport provider
- Processing purchase orders for T&L activities
- Processing invoices
- Assisting in dealing with customer complaints and necessary actions
- Maintaining Logistics systems, Wasp, M3, Salesforce
- Maintaining logistics process documents, updating in line with department changes
**What will help you to excel in this role**:
- Computer skills with experience in Excel, Word and power point
- Demonstrable verbal communication skills, telephone manner
- Experience of working within a team
- Demonstrable experience of taking responsibility and acting on own initiative
