Logistics Operations Coordinator

Job Overview
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Logistics Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at Culina Group.
In this role, you will be tasked with delivering essential administrative assistance and ensuring precise data management, while adhering to tight deadlines to support the overall effectiveness of our operations.
Work Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, from 7am to 7pm.
Compensation: £25,499 annually.
Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Operations Coordinator:
Accurately debrief drivers after their shifts. Review all timesheets for accuracy and ensure all Proof of Deliveries (PODs) are completed correctly. Utilize Culina's document management system for scanning and archiving PODs. Prepare drivers' wallets and issue delivery notes in the correct drop sequence along with any pertinent delivery details. Handle incoming calls and assist with inquiries as needed. Download and manage drivers' cards and tachographs. Communicate all estimated times of arrival (ETAs) to Customer Services promptly. Regularly update spreadsheets, including change-overs, run summaries, and trailer check sheets. Manage the departure and completion of loads using the Transport Management System (TMS). Ensure all uplifts are dispatched in the appropriate loads.Required Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A positive and flexible approach to work. Excellent communication skills to convey accurate information. Ability to perform efficiently and accurately under pressure. Skill in prioritizing tasks to meet established deadlines. Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Capability to work collaboratively within a team or independently.Additional Information
