We're seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Portlaoise site. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of equipment and materials to project sites, ensuring timely submission of documentation and updates to relevant systems
  • Ensure accurate documentation of import and export processes for materials and equipment, liaising with authorities as necessary
  • Collect and deliver equipment to and from customer sites
  • Develop and maintain direct communication with transport suppliers to meet requirements
  • Produce performance monitoring data on On Time In Full and transport recoveries
  • Identify suitable equipment to meet contract requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Aggreko procedures, including ISO and internal audits
  • Provide subject matter expertise to employees as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of technical procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage supplier demands and workload
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work
