Job Summary

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to join their team. As a Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of stock administration, reconciling discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Administration: Inspect floors daily, physically check stock as required, and reconcile goods inbound and 'chill' download reports.
  • Reporting and Communication: Create and distribute stock reports to internal and external customers, process stock queries within agreed timeframes, and provide customer care.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate discrepancies, process dispute procedures, and pursue stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
  • System Transactions: Process system transactions to correct stock balances, investigate outstanding, incoming, outside, and missing pallets, and record and escalate internal and external non-conformances.
  • Administrative Support: Provide cover for Goods In desk as required and administer paperwork, including control of International/Brexit orders.
Requirements
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in stock administration and reporting.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Technical Skills: Be PC literate and experienced in MS Excel, with the ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage own workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and tidy approach to work.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
