About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Parts Distribution Operative to join our team at Siamo Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and despatch of goods within our Warehouse/Distribution Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate receipt and storage of goods, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Pick and pack orders to meet customer deadlines, utilizing computerized Lean Lifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Inspect incoming spare parts, verifying accuracy against supporting documentation.
- Package and label spare parts, ensuring accurate stock location and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Assist colleagues and promote teamwork to achieve targets and maintain a high level of efficiency and performance.
- Maintain standards of health & safety, including protective clothing, within the department.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and contribute to personal development.
- Conduct stock taking as required and liaise with other departments in a professional manner.
- Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Operations Manager or Team Leaders.
- Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001.
Requirements:
