We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Super Smart Service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management: Responsible for the overall management of the warehouse, including layout, planning, and operations. This includes allocating and managing warehouse tasks, ensuring that all operations are running on schedule, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Quality and Cost Control: Ensure that all warehouse operations meet the company's standards for quality, cost, and efficiency. This includes monitoring and controlling inventory levels, managing stock movements, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse policies and procedures, including standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Employee Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff, including onboarding, performance management, and career development. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Cost Control and Optimization: Responsible for controlling and optimizing warehouse costs, including labor, inventory, and equipment expenses. This includes identifying areas for cost reduction, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and monitoring and reporting on cost performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Language: Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a large-scale e-commerce or international logistics company.
- Work Permit: Must have a valid work permit for the United States, no need for work visa.
- Skills: Strong communication, coordination, decision-making, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
