We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at GRIP SYSTEMS LIMITED in Staffordshire. This role is responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials across the globe, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound freight of goods, collaborating with freight forwarding partners to optimize logistics operations.
  • Oversee stock integrity, conducting regular physical inventory checks and quality control at our global warehouses.
  • Process returns and quarantine stocks, ensuring efficient and compliant procedures.
  • Manage equipment serial numbers and assist with machinery repairs, maintaining optimal warehouse performance.
  • Attend Senior Management Team meetings to contribute to strategic decision-making and goal-setting.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual with a proven track record in transport or operations management.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with excellent computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a small team environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
