We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and employees
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of computerized systems for record keeping

**Job Type**: Part-time
