Infopro Digital group is recruiting for a **Receptionist** to join it’s Barbour ABI brand. This role is part time, 3 days a week.

With more than 80 years of experience and 100+ colleagues based at Cheshire Oaks within our research, sales, client management and marketing teams, the quality of our data collection processes and existing knowledge in researching and tracking construction projects is second to none - we publish the UK Government’s National Infrastructure & Construction Pipeline and provide the Office for National Statistics with critical data to produce its Construction New Orders estimates.

We are looking for a Receptionist to be based at our Head Office in Cheshire Oaks. This role is working part time 3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday) and reports to the Office Manager. The hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm.

The primary objective of the Receptionist is to answer a multi-line switchboard quickly and direct calls to their destination without delay. The role also involves the provision of administrative assistance to other departments, greeting visitors, distributing sales leads, handling incoming / outgoing post and ordering company stationery, these are all are secondary objectives whilst managing the switchboard, which is the main priority.

**Key task and responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
- Use an internal database to forward incoming calls to relevant departments and log information on calls received
- Communicate and liaise verbally between customers/suppliers/visitors and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively
- Order and maintain stocks of relevant office supplies
- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
- Perform other routine administrative tasks as assigned and for other departments as required

- Good written and verbal communication
- PC literacy
- Good organisational and time managements skills
- Able to work under own initiative
- Attention to detail (accuracy is paramount)
- To be able to work well under pressure
- Excellent at multi tasking
- Pleasant and professional communication style at all times
